ADHD coaching for adults disclaimer
ADHD coaching is a supportive, reflective process that helps you deepen your self‑understanding and develop practical strategies aligned with how your mind works. It is not a replacement for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
In the role of a coach, I am not a clinician, therapist or medical professional. I do not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice or offer crisis support. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult your GP or another qualified healthcare provider.
Coaching is focused on the present and the future — your goals, habits, strengths and challenges. While past experiences may be discussed for context, coaching is not therapy and should not be used as a substitute for treatment.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout the coaching process. My role is to support your thinking, offer perspective and help you explore options; the choices you make are entirely your own.
If at any point I believe that additional or alternative support would be more appropriate, I will say so openly and, where possible, direct you toward suitable services.
By engaging in coaching with me, you acknowledge that you understand the scope and limits of ADHD coaching and agree to seek further professional help if needed.
